7 Best Live Life Quotes and a Bonus
Living your life; is it live with your life or live life to the fullest? Live the life. And live life quotes. What is the meaning?
I asked my husband how he would define “Living life to the fullest”. He threw out these terms: working hard, success, happiness, adventure, and avoiding all the negative. He had a added thought, “Don’t get caught in other people’s webs”. John Bayer I consider his opinion very accurate.
I have collected 7 of the best live life quotes that may give us some clarity.
My definition would be to do as much as you can in your life to be a servant of God and enjoy all of the blessings He has given to us. And on that note, I really like this first quote.
- You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough. Joe Lewis
- Don’t be afraid your life will end; be afraid that it will never begin. Grace Hansen
- There will be two dates on your tombstone and all your friends will read them but all that is going to matter, is the little dash between them. Kevin Welch
- 20 years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do, than by the things you did. Mark Twain
- Life has no limitations, except the ones you make. Les Brown
- Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things. Robert Breault
- All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better. Ralph Waldo Emerson
And this last bonus live life quote finishes this list off perfectly.
What living life to the full does not mean:
Living your life to the fullest doesn’t mean to be reckless, insanely courageous, or on the edge of existing. Carmen Jacob
Carmen is a fellow blogger that shared “50 quotes about living life to the fullest”. Check out her post. It is lovely.
Heavenly Notes:
We only have one life to live and what we do with it, and how we care for others is the most important thing about life itself. In the Bible God defines our purpose. Recently I wrote a post on finding our purpose as an empty nester but it really applies to all.
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37-39).
Doesn’t this quote from the Bible really belong at the top of the list? And everything else falls below. If we follow this epistle, living a life of happiness and fulfillment naturally occurs.
Our journey through our life, the good times as well as the bad should be chronicled for our children and our children’s children. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if one of your grandchildren avoided a pitfall that you didn’t see, because you recorded what you did see?
This guide covers the basics of why and how to journal and is a free printable download. Make as many copies that you like. And if you find it valuable and would like to have the matching journal, email me and I would love to send a download link for that free item too.
